You can cancel a Squish Signal UK subscription at any time.

How to cancel

1. Open @SophieNeedohRadarBot in Telegram.
2. Open the Live Radar.
3. Tap Manage membership.
4. Stripe will open its secure customer portal, where you can manage payment details or cancel the subscription.

If the Manage membership button is unavailable or you cannot access Telegram, email squishsignaluk@gmail.com from the email address used at checkout and we will help.

What happens after cancellation?

If your Stripe cancellation is scheduled for the end of the billing period, your paid access remains available until that date. When Stripe reports that the subscription has ended, the private paid channel and paid Live Radar access are removed automatically.

Refunds

Stock alerts are an information service and cannot guarantee a purchase. We do not normally refund a used billing period because a particular toy did not restock or sold out before you checked out. However, this policy does not affect statutory rights, and we will consider legitimate service or billing problems individually.

Founding or promotional prices

The Founding 30 rate is £2.99/month for one of the first 30 completed founding subscriptions. It stays at £2.99/month while that same subscription remains continuously active. Cancelling ends that entitlement. A later re-subscription is charged at the price then offered unless we explicitly state otherwise.
