This policy explains how Squish Signal UK uses personal information when you use the Telegram Mini App, subscribe, receive alerts or contact us.

Information we use

• Your Telegram user ID and, where Telegram supplies them, your first name and username.
• Stripe customer, Checkout Session and subscription identifiers, payment status and membership dates.
• Records needed to manage access, detect duplicate webhook events, support failed-payment grace periods and operate the service.
• Messages or information you choose to send us for support.

We do not receive or store your full card number. Payment details are handled by Stripe.

Why we use it

• To provide the membership you asked for and link it to the correct Telegram account.
• To grant or remove private channel and Live Radar access when Stripe reports membership changes.
• To provide support, prevent misuse, secure the service and diagnose technical problems.
• To keep records where reasonably required for legal, accounting or dispute purposes.

Who processes information

We use service providers including Stripe for payments, Telegram for messaging and Mini App identity, and Cloudflare for hosting, Worker execution and key-value storage. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies and may process information outside the UK using their applicable safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep membership and operational records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, handle billing, security, support and legal/accounting requirements. Stripe may retain payment records under its own legal obligations. You may contact us to request deletion of information that we no longer need to keep.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal information, object to certain processing, or ask for a copy of your data. To make a request, email squishsignaluk@gmail.com.

Cookies and tracking

Our public legal pages do not use advertising cookies. Stripe, Telegram and other third-party services may use their own cookies or device technologies when you visit them. The private admin dashboard uses an essential access cookie for security.

Children

The toys we monitor may be bought for children, but paid Squish Signal memberships and payment accounts are intended to be managed by adults.
